Academic Software Plus

Watertown, MA – Liaison International announced a recent reorganization of its wholly-owned subsidiary of Academic Management Systems (AMS) in Buffalo.

President and CEO George Haddad indicates, “Our overall strategy at AMS has been to focus our resources on our mission critical products in order to better serve our AdMIT and ClinicEval clients. As a result, we have moved our AdMIT, WebAdmit, ClinicEval and SiteAssign product lines to a new entity called Academic Software Plus (ASP). As part of this strategy, AMS and our CoursEval product have recently been sold. In an effort to make the transition as smooth as possible for our CoursEval customers, we have now embarked on a three-year conversion plan with the new shareholders of AMS. For the new company (ASP), no staff or address changes were required, only a change in the company name. Like AMS, ASP will remain as a subsidiary of Liaison International with tighter integration and closer coordination between the two companies’ product lines.

We regard this reorganization as a testimonial to our commitment to our core mission as it will enable Liaison to redirect valuable resources to speed up the delivery of several innovative products and features that add value to our CAS offerings. A good example of this is the close coordination we have seen with our new WebAdMIT product line.”
