Liaison International Hosts Inaugural Centralized Application Services (CAS) Summit for their Health Professions Association Clients
Watertown, MA – Liaison International held a two-day summit for their Health Profession Association clients at the Jurys Washington Hotel in Washington, DC on May 21st and 22nd. The purpose of the Liaison Inaugural CAS Summit was to create an environment that allows Liaison clients, and their constituencies to offer input and co-create an image of what Centralized Application Service (CAS) products and services might look like in the next three to five years; help align the CAS services with the missions and objectives of the Associations; and facilitate the sharing of best practices.
"An integral part of our mission is to create an environment for sharing common technologies and best practices amongst our clients" said George Haddad, president and CEO of Liaison International. "The Inaugural CAS Summit has exceeded our expectations, and I look forward to leveraging such collaboration and supporting this effective dialogue for years to come."
This CAS Summit marks a gathering of Liaison Health Professions Association CAS clients such as American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy, American Association of Colleges of Podiatric Medicine, American Dental Education Association, American Physical Therapy Association, Association of American Veterinary Medical Colleges, Association of Psychology Postdoctoral and Internship Centers, Association of Schools and Colleges of Optometry, Physician Assistant Education Association, Association of Schools of Public Health, Council of Academic Programs in Communication Sciences and Disorders, and the National Association of Advisors for the Health Professions. Some of the key topics were "Emerging Population and Education Trends – What We Need to Know," "Global Communities," and "Statistical Trends Analysis" as well as lively discussions on a variety of issues affecting the admissions process.
