The Association of Schools and Colleges of Optometry has partnered with Liaison International to launch a Centralized Application Service (OPTOMCAS)

Watertown, MA – Liaison International is pleased to announce the signing of a contract with the Association of Schools and Colleges of Optometry. Liaison International together with the Association has laid the groundwork to establish a Centralized Application Service (OPTOMCAS) for Schools and Colleges of Optometry. The new Centralized Application Service is scheduled to launch in July 2009.

Executive Director Marty Wall, CAE comments, “A centralized application service will allow applicants to submit a single application to multiple schools and colleges of optometry. The service will provide participating schools and colleges immediate data on their applicants. The decision was made after extensive review and analysis conducted by the ASCO task force and was approved by the ASCO Board.”
