Account Manager

Position Description
Liaison International, a stable and fast growing company that specializes in providing state-of-the-art information technology products and services to educational associations, accrediting agencies, institutions of higher education and health professions, is seeking energetic individuals with administrative and accreditation-related experience in higher education. The Account Manager is responsible for our customer's success with our software and for ensuring that associations obtain a favorable ROI on their investment. This includes discussing the workflow processes, developing and supporting the relationship, assisting the association in maximizing the portals they currently use, and working with the association to identify areas of need where additional software may enhance attainment of their goals. This will also entail developing and maintaining a close, collegial, productive working relationship with all pertinent internal departments/teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's degree with a minimum 7 years of solid work experience in progressively responsible roles.
  • 7 years experience in management/supervisory/leadership responsibilities.
  • 3 years project management experience.
  • Program assessment background also desirable.
  • Experience in communicating the specifics of technical issues to development staff and end-users.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
