Centralized Application Services

Document Processor

SUMMARY: The Document Processor of a centralized application service is responsible for daily processing of all incoming documents, including, but not limited to transcripts, letters of reference, and foreign coursework evaluations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Opens and sorts mail
  • Prints cover sheets
  • Scans transcripts and letters of reference
  • Archives documents at close of cycle
  • Investigates authenticity and validity of transcripts and letters of reference
  • Accurately follows service-specific guidelines
  • Coordinates regularly with CAS departments regarding service deadlines
OTHER NECESSARY FUNCTIONS:
  • Attends regular team and staff meetings
  • Generates and prints scheduled mailings as needed
  • Maintains flexibility with variable business cycle
  • Performs other duties as requested by supervisors

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education
    • High School Diploma required

  • Experience
    • Comfort with basic computer and internet operations
    • Familiarity with application processes preferred
    • Experience in an office setting preferred

    • Attention to detail while meeting/exceeding daily quotas
