Document Processor
SUMMARY: The Document Processor of a centralized application service is responsible for daily processing of all incoming documents, including, but not limited to transcripts, letters of reference, and foreign coursework evaluations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Opens and sorts mail
- Prints cover sheets
- Scans transcripts and letters of reference
- Archives documents at close of cycle
- Investigates authenticity and validity of transcripts and letters of reference
- Accurately follows service-specific guidelines
- Coordinates regularly with CAS departments regarding service deadlines
OTHER NECESSARY FUNCTIONS:
- Attends regular team and staff meetings
- Generates and prints scheduled mailings as needed
- Maintains flexibility with variable business cycle
- Performs other duties as requested by supervisors
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education
- High School Diploma required
- Experience
- Comfort with basic computer and internet operations
- Familiarity with application processes preferred
- Experience in an office setting preferred
