Manager of Centralized Application Service (CAS)

POSITION DESCRIPTION:Liaison International, a stable and fast growing company that specializes in providing state-of-the-art information technology products and services to educational associations, accrediting agencies, institutions of higher education and health professions, is seeking a Manager of Centralized Application Services (CAS). The CAS Manager will manage the Application Processors assigned to his/her service and ensure the resolution of document processing issues pertaining to that service. The Manager will also be responsible to have a thorough knowledge of all portals (Applicant, Admissions, Management, Reference) associated with his/her service and will be expected to act as a resource for employees and clients regarding the use of these portals, and will work with the Programming Department to identify and resolve technical issues regarding the service. The CAS Manager will serve as a representative of Liaison and will be expected to meet with representatives of schools or associations to present or discuss the service and will be responsible for tracking statistics on a monthly basis and reporting on a monthly basis to client, as well as, compiling end-of-year reports and presenting to the association.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1-3 years supervisory/management experience
  • Minimum of 1-3 years experience with admissions process in a college or university
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to do the following:
  • Create and present Power Point presentations to groups in both formal and informal settings
  • Solve complex problems creatively and in a timely manner
  • Travel, as necessary, in order to provide excellent support to the association
  • Work in a high profile, fast-paced and confidential environment
  • Promote a team-oriented work environment
  • Organize and prioritize simultaneous demands
